In His own words:
For me, family comes before fishing. As I join APEX, I am looking forward to the opportunity to fish competitively without going back East. When I was fishing back East on the FLW Tour, I came back home so that I could be here as my kids grew up and got into sports. I wanted to be involved with that. My goal was to eventually go back; but now that APEX is here, I want to see where this goes and what I can do without leaving my home in California.

Behind the angler:
Randy grew up fishing all species. That turned into bass and tournament fishing. At 18-years-old, he put a small bass boat on a credit card and hasn’t looked back.
In the boat:
Randy is dedicated to a crankbait and a swimbait. His go-to brands are Strike King and Osprey Swimbaits. His big fish bait is a buzzbait from D&M Custom Baits.
